Training, Information and Practical Instruction
Training, information and practical instruction for workers are essential tools for preventing workplace accidents and protecting health and safety at work.
Occupational health and safety courses must be organised in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the new State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025, which regulates the duration, content, delivery methods, assessment of learning and refresher requirements for training programmes.
Training must be appropriate to the actual risks associated with the work activities performed and, where necessary, must be complemented by specific practical instruction on the correct and safe use of work equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work procedures.
